Help Haiti Earthquake Victims
On January 13th, a powerful 7.0 earthquake rocked the impoverished people of Haiti. The capital Port-au-Prince has been devastated. Reports indicate up to 3 million people may be affected and already thousands are presumed dead with countless more injured. With power supplies and communications disrupted, the poor country has few resources to deal with catastrophe. Local people are desperately trying to rescue victims from the massive rubble with their bare hands.
Already several countries and non-profits have started to pull together aid efforts for Haiti.
